Question by mattbethany: What are the typical charges for wedding photography?
I am wondering because I have been doing photography for the last 2 years. So I am relatively new. But I have specialized in infant and child portraiture. I just recently was asked to do a wedding, and that wedding turned into another one. I am thinking about expanding my business to include wedding photography. What are some reasonable prices/packages for wedding photography?

Ask some of the photographers in your area what they charge for different packages; I know that prices will vary according to the setting, # of pics, and other factors…………………….some may even have their prices on the web

Personally I prefer real books since you can carry them about with you.
“How Digital Photography Works, Second Edition” by Ron White
“Hands-On Digital Photography” by George Schaub
There are innumerable “How To” books on digital photography. Just check your local library.
The Owner’s Manual for your camera is also a good source of information.
